Heather Martin serves as judge for Core77 Design Awards

Core77 will hold their sixth annual Design Awards this year covering 14 different design categories ranging from the built environment to visual communication. Smart’s VP of Design, Heather Martin, will be joining an international panel of judges for the Consumer Products category.

Heather has a background in both product design and interaction design, with over 20 years of experience designing services and experiences across digital and physical touch points. Recognized as one of the leading authorities in interaction design across Europe, Heather heads up global Smart teams on large-scale UX and service design projects across all industry sectors.

Launched in 1995, Core77 provides an online forum for their dedicated community of designers and enthusiasts. The Design Awards program includes professional and student categories that highlight an applicant’s work and capabilities. Other consumer product category award jurors include Jon Marshall, co-founder and Creative Director at Map, Hyuntaik Lim, Product Director at Samsung, and Emily Brooke, co-founder and CEO of Blaze.
