Smart to headline World Interaction Design Day in London

On Tuesday, September 25, World Interaction Design Day will be celebrated all over the globe, highlighting ways in which interaction design can improve the human condition.

IxDA London will be hosting their first full-day event this year, focused around this year’s theme of advancing diversity and inclusion. Senior Design Strategist, Ruby Steel will be speak alongside other passionate practitioners, leaders and advocates that are advancing the discipline of interaction design. Ruby will be sharing her perspectives designing for one person with accessibility needs on BBC Two’s the Big Life Fix. She will share how she and her team came up with an innovative voice UI solution and that would produce meaningful outcomes by leveraging the power of inclusive design.

Other experts and speakers of the day include accessibility advocates and consultants, innovation leaders, and designers hosting a series of presentations, workshops and discussions that will create a positive, long-lasting impact in the IxDA community and around the world.
