Part detective, part designer, Nathaniel directs the research efforts for large-scale design projects across industries like healthcare, financial services, CPG, and entertainment.

He is passionate about getting to the root of people’s emotional and behavioral needs, and pushes clients to focus on building customer experiences rather than just creating products. He has a background in cultural anthropology and social psychology, alongside training in architecture and industrial design. Clients include Group SEB, HSBC, Cardinal Health, HP and Telefonica.
