This summer, Smart Design will be taking part in Inventours New York, an immersive innovation program featuring participants from a vast range of disciplines. Mobile technology, product design, food, fashion, sustainability, retail, hospitality and architecture will converge during this 5 day innovation program series and provide a space for global executives to network and improve new product development processes.
Smart Design partner Tucker Fort will be featured as a series speaker in New York, sharing his expertise leading extraordinary product, experience and service design projects for Smart’s clients. His July 11 presentation will highlight our approach to designing at the intersection of technology, and driving impact through behavior change and the use of inclusive design methods.
Other participants and meetings throughout the week-long event include a visit to the IoT-led Rebecca Minkoff Soho store, Shapeways’ “Factory of the Future”, a meeting with Snohetta’s partner Craig Dykers, and more.
