Press

The School of Constructed Environments, in partnership with food design site Mold, will host a panel discussion on ‘How Design Can Help Feed a Hungry Planet’.

Our Senior Industrial Designer and founding member of the Smart Design Food Lab, Joey Zeledón, will share his expertise in product innovation and the intersection of food and design.

Recognizing the future of food, panel discussion topics will range from 3D food printing to reducing food waste. Other participants include Martelle Esposito of National WIC Association, Andy An of Mouth Arcade, and Christopher Washington of Radicle Farm Company. The discussion will happen on February 25th, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.
