Smart Design to host workshop

Smart’s VP of Strategy Gordon Hui, and Senior Strategist Jamie Nicholson, will lead an innovation workshop at this year’s Service Design Network Global Conference in Amsterdam.
Focused on strategies to overcome barriers associated with launching innovation initiatives, the workshop will be a hands-on opportunity for business leaders to understand emerging best practices to take back into their organization.
The team will share their expertise and experiences using a framework that helps companies break down innovations into incremental live experiments that help corporations build confidence in a new idea. This includes a reliance on large pilots that eliminate risk and quantify the financial impact of innovations.
