Smart unveils personalized in-flight entertainment innovation
Last month at Future Experience Global in Las Vegas, Heather Martin shared “NEXT”, a media platform that aims to customize the passenger experience and meet the rising expectations customers have of their personal device experiences.
With the in-flight entertainment industry primed for disruption, Smart explored a way for airline passengers, particularly millennials, to have the same entertainment experience on-board that they are used to every day on their personal devices. The entertainment experience includes features such as live notifications and individual recommendations, and is designed to be accessible throughout the entire passenger journey.
