London Design Festival:

Designing Inclusively Today

Press

In its 16th year, the London Design Festival celebrates London’s status as the design capital of the world, and serves as a platform for hundreds of design stories to be told to a global audience from more than 75 countries.

Contributing to the festival for the second year in a row, Smart Design will host Designing Inclusively Today: Stories from BBC Two’s Big Life Fix. The London team, including Ruby SteelJasper Dekker and Will Merrill will share their story of developing an inclusive and personalized voice technology solution for a woman living with a severe form of MS.

As a studio that pioneered inclusive design, the team will highlight how they’ve evolved this approach to meet the challenges of today’s society, relevant to emerging technologies and services around us.

Click here to read more and RSVP to the event on September 16 at the Smart London studio.
