Ruby Steel explores ‘Designing the Future’

A leading design conference, Interact London inspires UX thinkers, highlighting the roles that digital design, UX and information architecture play in today’s society. Exploring the theme ‘Designing the Future’, the 2017 event presented experts across neurology, psychology, cognitive neuroscience, who shared their thoughts on the impact of these disciplines on digital design.
Under the theme of ‘Design for Good’, senior strategist Ruby Steel shared her experience with Mycarematters Design Collective, a free online service where healthcare professionals provide people-centered care.
Ruby’s background includes user-centered research, co-creation, as well as product, service and experience design, working across several industries. With a passion for healthcare solutions, Ruby frequently speaks about her work designing for one on BBC Two television show The Big Life Fix, including the London Design Festival and UX London.
