Taking inspiration from the duality of living and working within the same space, Smart Design and Gantri teamed up to create a lighting collection that doesn’t try and blend home and work, but allows for transitions between these distinct use case to help people focus when they need to and relax when they don’t. The Aim collection, created by Smart Design, made by Gantri officially launched in November 2021.
When COVID struck, suddenly it seemed like everyone was working from home. We invested in new furniture like task chairs and desks to get through our days on Zoom more comfortably. Now, as many offices have only half-reopened, it looks likely that many people will keep working this way—at least part time—for the foreseeable future.
