Nate Giraitis to deliver keynote at 2018 conference

Each year at the Passenger Experience conference, attendees immerse themselves in new ideas, innovative solutions and the next steps in the evolution of passenger experiences, onboard environments and services. The conference spans one day, attracting senior strategists from airlines, rail and more, exploring how digital disruption and connectivity can better enable all aspects of passenger experience in the future.
As part of the ‘Personalizing the journey’ conference stream, Nate Giraitis, Smart Design’s Strategy Director will deliver a keynote talk this year: Let’s Get Personal. A mobility expert focusing on design and innovation in the connected and autonomous car space, Nate will speak about personalization as one of the best strategies for differentiating your brand in a crowded marketplace, and not only in the passenger experience market – but in all industries. He will share these trends driving the rise of personalization, and unique insights on what people actually want, and how brands can respond to create new competitive advantage.
