Pledge Parental Leave
At minimum, PPL’s benefits will include:
- 3 months’ fully paid leave for the primary caregiver.
- 3 months of uninterrupted health insurance.
- 6 months’ guarantee that their position is held open.
- A commitment to publishing their benefits publicly online.
Smart Design is recognized in the design and innovation community for our established commitment to work/life balance and wellbeing initiatives, so it was no surprise that we jumped at the opportunity to be a launch partner in this key initiative.
