Smart strategy team to speak on conversational UI and destigmatizing health

Each year, the Design Management Conference is held in Europe, drawing executives, founders and emerging leaders in Design and Innovation Management. This year, #DMC18 will focus on design & innovation management in the age of transformation, exploring the realm of humanizing technology in fin-tech, digital health and future technologies.
Senior Strategist and inclusive design trailblazer, Ruby Steel, will share her perspective on designing for conversational UI and her first-hand experience as a ‘fixer’ on the BBC2 television show, the Big Life Fix. Ruby has appeared at several design events recently in London, talking about her passion for creating life-changing solutions for people in need.
VP of Strategy and digital health leader, Anna Soisalo, will also be giving a talk on destigmatizing and solving society’s most difficult health challenges, zeroing in on ways to help healthcare providers and brands thrive in an era of unprecedented consumer expectations.
